The passion for parties really started during college. My sister was pregnant with my nephew and I got to plan the baby shower! Throughout the next few years, I planned a bachelorette party, two birthday parties for my nephew, a wedding and a 1950s themed party for my dad. I've also assisted in the planning of several showers and parties for friends. While finding ideas for each party, I found so many cute ideas for other themes that I didn't want to forget about, so I started archiving them on my computer and now have ideas for nearly 45 themes. With each party I planned, I loved finding the details I could incorporate, the cheap ways to decorate and the tiny additions to make the party complete.... while staying on budget! My husband calls me the "Speilberg" of party planning....
I believe that a party is more than buying a themed cup and plate at your local party supply store. It's all about the details! If you have a great theme idea, or just really want to throw a party, but you don't know where to start-- that's where I come in!
